Job Description
  • Lead the Azure solutions design and deployment of enterprise-scale for clients
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the organization for cloud, automation, and end-to-end architecture for IaaS, PaaS and SaaS solutions
  • Analyze application portfolios, identifying dependencies & common infrastructure platform components, and assessing migration feasibility
  • Define and enforce Azure Well Architected framework: operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, and cost optimization
  • Work closely with client product/development teams to develop and promote cloud-native application architectures (microservices, serverless, containers), and application development and operations practices
  • Build and Design Microsoft Azure architectures that meet the clients’ technical, security, and business Requirements
  • Facilitate / lead discussions (technical and executive) to understand business / technical requirements that result in decision making and drive decisions / alignment around deliverables.
  • Deliver the hands-on solutions for the client in conjunction with on and offshore teams.

Desired Candidate Profile
  • 5+ years of relevant Engineering & Consulting experience in Microsoft Azure
  • 5+ years of relevant Microsoft Azure design & delivery experience
  • 2+ years experience as practitioner in CI/CD pipelines in a DevOps environment
  • Hands-on experience with: Terraform, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Github, and configuration management tools such as Puppet, Chef, or Ansible
  • 2+ Years of hands-on experience with security and vulnerability tools like SonarCube/SonarCloud, Veracode, Terrascan, Blackduck, Jfrog Artifactory, Xray-scan is a preferred. 
  • Large-scale implementations on Microsoft Azure
  • Up to speed on latest Microsoft Azure products and services.
  • Azure Best Practices (Subscriptions, security, billing, monitoring, and operations)
