Seeking a highly motivated and talented Unified Communications Monitoring and Service Assurance specialist to support the UC Engineering and Operations team to standardize processes and practices defined for system and infrastructure monitoring as well as ensure service assurance.
Responsibilities Work with the UC Engineering and Operations team to evaluate and optimize Unified Communications systems monitoring capabilities Review system alarms definitions and technical articles provided by the vendors and write process and knowledge base articles to enhance system monitoring and incident management Streamline and enhance monitoring methodologies to ensure uptime, voice and video performance and client experience.
Work with the UC Engineering and Operations team to evaluate and optimize Unified Communications systems monitoring capabilities
Review system alarms definitions and technical articles provided by the vendors and write process and knowledge base articles to enhance system monitoring and incident management
Implement new processes to achieve and maintain availability and performance SLAs for UC Services.
