So, what will the Growth Leader do?

As the Growth Lead, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer growth and success across different segments. You'll use your expertise in experimentation to identify the best approaches to drive growth, and then scale those approaches to achieve measurable results.

You can make a big impact in this role. So, we are looking for someone who has a high level of commitment and can get things done. Also the role will require you to work with product, technology, marketing, operations and customer service and many more teams, and so you need to be a fantastic collaborator. Core Responsibilities:

  • Use data-driven approaches and customer research to identify and understand customer segments, their behaviours, and what drives their success
  • Experiment with ways to drive customer growth, increase adoption and reduce dormancy (such as onboarding programs, upsell/cross-sell campaigns)
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities and execute on them.
  • Plan and manage projects to scale successful experiments
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer growth initiatives
  • Manage a small cross functional team; Mentor newer members of the team 

Requirements:

  • An MBA or a degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field. IIT/IIM preferred
  • 5+ years experience in one of business consulting, customer success, growth, product management, with a track record of driving getting things done
  • Self-starter who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • Ability to think and communicate in structured way
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making
  • Basic coding knowledge and experience working with databases, analytics tools, and CRMs
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Preferred but not essential Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a growth-oriented role, preferably in a startup
  • Understanding of the wealth management domain
  • Knowledge of A/B testing
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools - Google Analytics and Amplitude
