We are hiring to fill multiple vacancies

Workdays: Monday to Friday 

Work timings: 9 am to 6 pm / 1pm to 10pm IST

Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote

Position 1: Junior Associate - Contract Review

Experience: Law Graduate with 0-2 yrs exp

Role & Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze and extract key information from the contracts per the instructions provided and accurately populate multiple data entry fields with the information
• Interpreting the contractual clauses and summarizing contractual provisions
• Maintains daily production targets without compromising quality
• Unit Test of contract

Position 2 : Associate QC - Contract Abstraction

Experience: Law Graduate with 2-4yrs exp as QC

Role & Responsibilities:

• Review, analyse and extract key information from the contracts per the instructions provided and accurately populate multiple data entry fields with the information.
• Interpret the contractual clauses and summarising contractual provisions
• Perform quality control function to ensure accuracy of deliverables created for the client.
• Create checklists and playbooks for the review team based on client requirements.

Position 3: Associate - NDA Review

Experience: Law Graduate with 1-3 yrs exp 

Role & Responsibilities:

• Reviewing NDAs.
• Creating negotiation parameters or playbooks
• Handle negotiations.
• Project Management

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Poise and patience under pressure
• An eye for detail
• Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well
• A positive attitude and energy like a dynamite!
• Plenty of initiative and multi-tasking ability

Roles:

To ensure that all the information they handle is secure.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to follow all the information security policies, procedures, rules and regulations as stipulated in the manuals.
• Responsible to take immediate action to prevent any undesirable situations and report to the officers.
• Responsible to take part in their assigned role in the event of an emergency situation.

Authority

To report any security incident or weaknesses, which comes to their knowledge.

Contract Staff

Responsible to follow the rules and regulations and move within the area specified.

Responsible to obey the instructions for all the officers and staff regarding the work and in emergency situations.

Responsible to report any undesirable incidents.

Brownie points if you are a lawyer and a technology enthusiast along with experience using a CLM!

MS Office knowledge
