Looking for a Platform operations developer with 5+years in Design and implement tooling to improve the availability, scalability, observability and promoting application to production and experience programming in at least one language, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for helping others
JOB Responsibilities:
Built or supported the shipping of multiple products, applications, or systems to production
Cloud development and operation experience with AWS (5+ years)
Software Engineering or Technical Operations experience (8+ years)
Cloud platform experience with AWS technologies (CLI, Aurora, S3, IAM, EC2, ECS, EKS, ECR, KMS, CloudWatch, Lambda, Route53, SQS, SNS, Code Deploy) including resource scaling
Ability to set up and create useful infrastructure monitoring & alerts
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code orchestration tools Jenkins, terraform, ansible etc
Design and implement tooling to improve the availability, scalability, observability, and latency of our services, which are used by developers and customers to deploy and operate their services.
Job Qualification Skills:
5+ years of strong experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
6+ Years of production experience with AWS or other providers.
2+ years production experience with Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of Linux containerization with Docker.
Programming skills in any of Python, Go, Node.js, Ruby.
Experience with Linux system administration.
Experience with monitoring tools like aws cloud watch or new relic etc
Experience with test automation and CI/CD.
Soft Skills
Client relationship skills and experience managing vendors
excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Customer service focus with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in plain English.
BTECH / B.E / MCA in Computer Science degree preferred.
Ability to understand and adhere to Information security requirements of the organizations and the specific responsibility assigned.
