Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Onnivation, your key role will be the following

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Building Customer Loyalty and Long-Term Relationships
  2. Proactive Feedback on customer happiness and satisfaction
  3. Regular reporting of customer performance.
  4. Upsell and growth of existing contracts
  5. Facilitating cross selling of other products.

Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience with demonstrated proficiency.
  2. Familiar with systems and processes. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Salesforce is a plus.
  3. Familiarity in presentation and reporting is a plus.
