Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Leading Sales operations for Onnivation
  2. Proficient in working on CRM tools like Salesforce
  3. Creating regular improvements in the CRM system by close coordination with the implementation team
  4. Work closely with sales team and help them with their day-to-day requirements regarding operations and ensured quick resolution to the queries
  5. Create of 4-5 key reports for higher visibility to team and higher management in terms of closures and revenue
  6. Create monthly reports with consolidated insights from teams across the organisation

Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Bachelor degree in IT, computer science or related field/Masters degree will be an added advantage
  2. 2-3 years of experience
  3. Certification course in MIS or related field
  4. Knowledge of various MIS reporting tools
  5. Experience with a broad range of CRM Tools especially Salesforce
  6. Experience managing fleets of devices which includes mobile devices
  7. Assessing and deciding software and hardware for various applications
  8. Communication skills to clearly supervise and give clear feedback to colleagues and Management
  9. Organization goals to allocate resources effectively
